"I recently swapped to using Jason Wesley at State Farm. I was using another agent but wasn’t really happy with their service. I run a business and there were times when I would have to ask for a certificate of insurance on jobs I had to bid on. I would send an email to that particular agency, and sometimes it would take days. I even had to call to request again because I wouldn’t never receive anything. One of their employees even brought up to me that I was the guy calling acting upset. Well, when it has been days and multiple emails sent and still no response, I feel I had the right to not be happy with their services. When a potential client would ask for a COI, I need to get it to them ASAP, not days later. I lost a job because of them.

Also I needed coverage on my specialty trailers that’s loaded with close to $25k worth of equipment. The other agency had me listed as though I had one $25k piece of equipment on those trailers. That was not the case. I have multiple pieces of equipment totaling that amount on each trailer. At Jason Wesley’s State Farm, Nicole asked me for each piece of equipment and gave me the coverage for all the items. If I had been in an accident, there’s a good chance that my trailers and equipment wouldn’t be covered.

I can see that they will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of. I’m glad I made the swap!"
